We are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and mentorship within the Salesforce.com product lineup, with a passion for fostering innovation. This vital role requires strong business analysis skills and a deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining product visions, creating strategic roadmaps, and leading geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the product feature vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple solution groups. You will create a strategic roadmap for Commercial Marketing applications and oversee the software development lifecycle using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Business & Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners to translate end-to-end Commercial Marketing operations business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements. Work with product owners and development teams to ensure delivery matches commitments.
- Team & Talent Management: Develop talent, motivate the team, and champion diversity. You will act as a role model of servant leadership, delegating effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Innovation & Compliance: Leverage cutting-edge AI/ML and cloud technologies to shape the vision for the Commercial Marketing software ecosystem. Ensure ongoing alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication & Metrics: Ensure key performance metrics are communicated and analyze unmet needs. You will also manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across international locations.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree with extensive experience, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in the implementation and management of integrated Salesforce.com platforms through the SDLC.
- Experience in business requirements gathering and converting them into technical solutions.
- Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems like JIRA.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Administrator, or Veeva CRM Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Familiarity with security requirements and best practices for data at rest and in transit.
- Working knowledge of integrations and tools such as MuleSoft.
- Experience with Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud is preferred.
