Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Lead Regional international team & execute strategies to meet sales targets from international markets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Ensure active participation from domestic channel partners to generate lead from International markets.
  • Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India to International clients.
  • Team collaboration and Product Information:
  • Provide detailed information & train about our products to International market-based teams.
  • Plan International go-to-market strategies for regional launches and activations in collaboration with international market heads
  • Identify levers and share with marketing team to maximize lead generation from international markets.
  • Mentorship:
  • Mentor team members in lead generation techniques to improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Driving New International Sales:
  • Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and corporate sales channels to drive new business.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer behaviour

Who are we looking for

  • MBA In Marketing
  • 7-12 years experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. International sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions
