Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the integration strategy using SAP CPI aligned with organizational goals.

Provide thought leadership on enterprise integration, API management, and cloud adoption.

Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Solution Design & Delivery

Architect and oversee end-to-end integration solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party applications.

Ensure best practices in CPI development, security, and performance optimization.

Lead complex migration and transformation projects involving hybrid cloud landscapes.

Governance & Compliance

Establish integration standards, frameworks, and reusable components.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in integration monitoring, error handling, and SLA adherence.

Team Management

Mentor and lead a team of integration architects and developers.

Build capability within the team through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Foster collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in SAP CPI and enterprise integration.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP integration projects.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SAP CPI (iFlows, adapters, security artifacts, monitoring)
    • API management and REST/SOAP services
    • Cloud integration patterns and hybrid landscapes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
