Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Sales Training, based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs for the organization. The responsibilities include designing training content, facilitating sessions for enhancing team productivity and sales performance, and conducting performance evaluations. The Senior Manager will also ensure a consistent and engaging learning experience while coaching sales personnel on methods and tools to improve their success rates.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Trainings, including designing and delivering training programs to improve sales performance
  • Strong experience in Training & Development, with a focus on building effective skills and strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills for delivering engaging, clear, and motivating training sessions
  • Proficiency in Coaching and mentoring sales professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Proven ability to assess training needs and align programs with business objectives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate performance improvements
  • Prior experience in a sales training or leadership role is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; advanced certifications in training and development are an advantage
