Sr Finance Manager (B12)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Excellence Performance & Planning capability within GCC. This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing reporting tools (Power BI), and driving governance across key processes such as AOP, MBR, and long-term planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of analysts supporting Sales Finance and FP&A activities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI)
- Define and standardize KPI frameworks, templates, and reporting processes
- Ensure data consistency and governance across markets
- Support planning cycles including AOP, MBR, and long-term planning
- Act as a key interface between Sales Excellence, FP&A, and markets
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and data processes
- Review and validate team outputs, ensuring high quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related analytical roles
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboard design)
- Proven experience building tools and processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasting, MBR)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
