Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging,
processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team.
- Create an auditing process to track adherence to sales guidelines
- Responsible for creating content repository to ensure easy access for sales team
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage.
- Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and
pitch effectively.
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales,
including training scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of courseware, and
instructor-led sales training
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
- Good at problem solving and context switching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to create formal networks with key decision makers.
- Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales training programs, auditing is required
