Job Description

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging,

processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team.

  • Create an auditing process to track adherence to sales guidelines
  • Responsible for creating content repository to ensure easy access for sales team
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage.
  • Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and

pitch effectively.

  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales,

including training scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of courseware, and

instructor-led sales training

  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior experience working with CRM systems.
  • Good at problem solving and context switching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Able to create formal networks with key decision makers.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales training programs, auditing is required
