Lead end-to-end sales activities for managed office spaces, coworking, and flexible workspace solutions in Hyderabad.
Identify, engage, and close enterprise corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies.
Build a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and channel networks.
Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and occupancy targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Admin, Real Estate procurement teams).
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, facilities) to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and prepare management reports.
Mentor and support sales associates or junior sales staff (if applicable).
Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications

815+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, managed office spaces, coworking/flexible workspace, or commercial real estate sales.
Proven track record of high-value deal closures and exceeding sales targets.
