Overview

Partner with Senior Manager-Sales Capability-International Beverages and Market Sales Capability Leads, to design,curate, deploy, and sustain best in class capability building solutions leveraging world class content, methodology, and technology; that empowers the IB ecosystem to drive outsized growth in anchor markets and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive scorecards & reporting (monthly, 3-4 markets in 2026, to be scaled to 10 anchor markets in future):
    • Set-up IB Sales Capability scorecard for:
    • Program completion tracking for various modes of program deployment- online/ classroom/ virtual instructor led training (VILT)
    • Tracking of IB Traditional Trade Academy and Distributor Management transformation program governance KPIs

  • Upgrading of existing learning programs ( once in 2 years, 10 learning modules, 45 mins- 1 hr duration each)
    • Lead the upgradation of existing e-learning and classroom training modules with latest updates and Beverage examples
  • Design of new learning programs: ( once a year, 3-4 programs, 2 days workshop each)
    • Support the design of new learning programs across the commercial organisation (Sales, GTM, DX)
  • Transformation program deployment: ( once a year, 3-4 markets, 3-6 months duration to deply each transformation program)
    • Support in deployment of IB-TT Academy/ Distributor Management transformation programs across IB markets on various SFA softwares
  • One IB Commercial Hub Management: ( monthly, monthly, 4-5 markets in 2026, to be scaled to 10 anchor markets in future)
    • Lead the day to day management of One IB Commercial Hub, including content upload, onboarding new users, assigning courses to users, trouble shooting etc.
  • Manage sales capability content portfolio: (monthly)
    • Manage all sales capability content: create content repositoryof learnin pograms, playbooks, case studies, best practices etc as per defined cadence, manage SCORM files, course master etc. for easy access of content as all times
  • Communication:(quarterly)
    • IB Commercial Newsletter: Manage content governance as per defined cadence
    • Liase with vendor to Design basic mailers, vidoes for communication
  • Program management: (quarterly)
    • Support in implementing sales capability initiatives to ensure successful and consistent deployment;
    • Support Sales Capability calendar to be implemented and sustained across IB markets
    • Collate market wise nominations for nomination based programs. Support in T&E, training logistics etc.
    • Issue badges/ certificates post program as per defined criteria
  • Standardisation & continuious improvement of processes: ( once in 6 months)

Ensure standardisation and continuous improvement of sales capability processes

  • Translation: (quarterly)
    • Liase with markets and external vendor for training program content translation as per market needs
  • Support Senior Manager Sales Capability-IB in any other task pertaining to Sales Capability as need be (monthly)

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years sales management experience within CPG industry
  • Previous, successful experience in learning program design and analytics is a must. Experience in program management is also required.
  • Reporting and MIS management
  • Having experience in sales/ specifically in sales capability would be an added advantage
  • Passion for learning, coaching and development of career growth
