We're Hiring: Senior B2B Sales Manager Agrochemicals & Agri Inputs

Location: Safidon, Haryana Company: Agricul Group

Are you a sales leader with a strong track record in agrochemicals or agri-inputs Do you have the ability to close big-ticket B2B deals, onboard distributors, and build a high-impact sales channel

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-value B2B sales for pesticides, fertilizers, and agri-inputs
  • Onboard and manage distributors, agri-dealers, and institutional buyers
  • Close large-scale deals
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and finance teams for tailored client solutions
  • Drive expansion into new territories and increase market penetration

What We Expect

  • 510 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably agrochemicals/agritech)
  • Expertise in B2B selling, distribution strategy, and client acquisition
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
