What You'll Do
- Lead high-value B2B sales for pesticides, fertilizers, and agri-inputs
- Onboard and manage distributors, agri-dealers, and institutional buyers
- Close large-scale deals
- Collaborate with product, ops, and finance teams for tailored client solutions
- Drive expansion into new territories and increase market penetration
What We Expect
- 510 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably agrochemicals/agritech)
- Expertise in B2B selling, distribution strategy, and client acquisition
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
