About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager Sales (8-10 Years) with strong enterprise SaaS sales experience to drive growth for our AI-led platform (Conversational AI / Agentic AI solutions). The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in large account mapping, strategic account management, competitive positioning, and AI solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting demo proposal closure).
  • Lead large account mapping across CXO, Digital, Product, Customer Experience, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand key enterprise accounts.
  • Position AI-driven solutions (LLMs, Conversational AI, automation platforms) in complex client environments.
  • Conduct detailed competitive analysis and craft differentiated value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Leadership teams for solutioning and deal structuring.
  • Drive multi-million-dollar deal negotiations and long-term contracts.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • 8-12 years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, or automation platforms.
  • Expertise in strategic account management and enterprise stakeholder mapping.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises, GCCs, or digital-first organizations.
