Purpose
The Lead - IT Infra Project planning, executing, and governing IT infrastructure initiatives across all locations of RRL. The role ensures secure, compliant, scalable, and high-availability IT infrastructure aligned with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11) and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards. This position focuses exclusively on infrastructure transformation, IT infra modernization, and multi-location connectivity projects.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Lead end-to-end infra projects in new plants, expansions, DR sites, and office locations.
Define and own the scope, timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans.
Ensure on time and within-budget project completion.
Maintain project documentation and governance.
Periodic project updates and MIS to relevant stakeholders.
Managing vendor SLAs, project negotiation, on time delivery of material
Support Network and cloud projects as and when required
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Graduate / Postgraduate in any firm
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing IT infra-Projects, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
Hands-on experience in setting up complete infrastructure of office / plant setup.
Good understanding of server management and network infrastructure.
Good understanding of multi-location infrastructure setup.
Good understanding of hybrid infrastructure (Cloud + On-Prem) setup
Additional Notes
Must be flexible and willing to work as per work in different geographical locations.
Expected to visit all locations in India and overseas as per work requirement.
