Purpose
The Team Member will be responsible to handle a range of legal issues affecting the company, among them business legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. To succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.

Strong hold on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global contracts with customers and vendors preferably from industries such as manufacturing, pharma and/or IT sector.
Interacting with internal and external stakeholder including law firms
Handling of litigation and employment law matters
Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Strong hold on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global contracts with customers and vendors.
Governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
Interacting with internal and external stakeholder including law firms for various matter globally
Litigation and employment law matters across the globe
Any ad hoc matters including M&A etc.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
LLB (mandatory), LLM (optional)
Skills Required -
Strong English and articulate communication
Good drafting and interpersonal skills
Attention to details
High degree of business ethics, transparency and collaboration
