PurposeLead the HR function for the Indore plant as a strategic business partner, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Responsible for end-to-end plant HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and organizational integration post-acquisition.   • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with plant leadership to translate business priorities into HR deliverables.
  • Lead change management and cultural integration initiatives for the newly acquired plant.
  • Align plant HR practices with organisational values, policies, and frameworks.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Develop and execute manpower planning in collaboration with functional heads.
  • Drive recruitment for all levels, ensuring quality, cultural fit, and timely closure.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes to accelerate new hire integration.
  • Talent Management & Capability Building
  • Implement talent development frameworks, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Facilitate learning & development programs tailored to plant needs (technical & behavioural).
  • Drive performance management (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, REAP).
  • Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Lead execution of the engagement calendar (Sankalp, R&R, cultural events, pulse surveys).
  • Foster an open communication environment through formal and informal channels.
  • Monitor and address attrition, absenteeism, and employee morale issues proactively.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Fairness
  • Support annual compensation reviews ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Communicate pay structures and growth opportunities with clarity and transparency.
  • Industrial Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits.
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and industry bodies as required.
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations through proactive engagement with workforce representatives (if applicable).
  • HR Operations & Analytics
  • Oversee HR automation and HRMS utilisation to improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present HR reports for management reviews.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

  • MBA in HR with Experience in manufacturing plant HR leadership.
  • Experience in organizational change or post-acquisition integration.
  • Data-driven decision-making & Employee advocacy & conflict resolution.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment, seeking opportunities to implement out of the box ideas and initiatives.
