Job Description

• Manage helpdesk and mailroom operations and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues

• Respond to priority calls and ensure proper escalation matrix is followed

• Oversee front office operations including lobby, reception, and visitor management

• Conduct facility rounds to ensure cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and upkeep

• Monitor security operations including deployment, grooming, and shift briefings

• Ensure compliance with security procedures, visitor management, and VIP handling protocols

• Manage housekeeping operations including deployment, audits, and issue tracking

• Conduct facility inspections for restrooms, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas

• Oversee cafeteria operations including hygiene, food quality, vendor compliance, and audits

• Track vendor performance and conduct monthly review meetings

• Ensure timely closure of service tickets and maintenance requests

• Maintain shift logs, reports, and handover documentation

• Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements

• Coordinate with engineering, transport, and events teams for operational support

• Train staff on policies, SOPs, safety, and service standards

• Assist in crisis management and business continuity operations

• Conduct periodic audits across facility services and report findings

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client service expectations
