About the Role

Securing the capital that fuels our platform is Refyneʼs highest growth lever. As Manager / Senior Manager – Debt Raising & Treasury, you will own the end-to-end liquidity engine that powers our lending business. You won't just manage cash flow; you will design our borrowing strategy, navigate capital markets, and build deep lending relationships to keep our cost of capital lean as we scale. How You'll Make an Impact

● Work with the team to execute the complete debt fundraising cycle, handling everything from origination and structuring to negotiation and deal closure.

● Build and nurture strong partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, AIFs, Mutual Funds, and Credit Rating Agencies.

● Explore and secure a diverse mix of capital, including term loans, working capital lines, co-lending partnerships, and structured debt instruments.

● Clear and effectively present our financial health, business performance, and capital needs to potential lenders and investors.

● Oversee end-to-end debt operations, keeping a sharp eye on documentation, drawdowns, interest payments, and repayment schedules.

● Monitor lender covenants and reporting timelines closely to ensure complete, ongoing compliance.

● Work hand-in-hand with internal teams like Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure loan agreements are executed smoothly.

● Collaborate with leadership on annual borrowing plans, treasury strategy, and asset-liability management ALM.

● Analyze our cost of capital and fine-tune our borrowing mix to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.

● Create clear dashboards and reports for leadership regarding our debt position, utilization, and future forecasts

What Makes You a Great Fit

● 5+years of experience in debt fundraising, treasury, or debt operations, ideally within an NBFC or fintech ecosystem.

● Proven track record of independently originating, negotiating, and closing debt transactions from end to end.

● Strong, active relationships with commercial banks, NBFC leadership, credit rating agencies, and institutional investors.

● Deep practical understanding of RBI guidelines for NBFCs, securitization structures, treasury products, and ALM frameworks.

● Professional qualification such as CA, MBA in Finance, CFA, or an equivalent degree.

● Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools.

● Ability to simplify complex financial structures and execute them efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
