About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager / AGM for the central Brand and Communications team. You will own brand communication end to end and lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social, for customers, partners and employees.

What You Will Do

• Plan and run 360° brand campaigns from strategy to execution across ATL, BTL, digital and social.
• Keep brand voice, visual identity and messaging consistent across all channels.
• Write and shape brand stories for customers, partners and employees.
• Drive social media content and creative campaigns with the digital team.
• Manage creative, media and social agencies on timelines and budgets.
• Lead internal communication with HR and leadership for launches, initiatives and culture programs.
• Set campaign KPIs, track performance and use brand health insights to improve.

What We Are Looking For

• 9 to 12 years in brand, marketing communications or integrated marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years leading large-scale brand campaigns end to end.
• Experience in a central brand team, handling both internal and external communication.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and creative judgement.
• Hands-on with social media content and digital campaigns, with awareness work that goes beyond digital.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• MBA from a reputed B-School preferred.

Good to Have

• Media planning knowledge
• Using AI tools beyond basic copywriting and image generation
• B2B, SaaS or tech brand experience
