Job Description

Review regulatory reports and translate business requirements into clear instructions for developers working on Dataiku and related models.
Work with finance, actuarial, and operations teams to understand data, cost hierarchies, and insurance premium flows.
Document and explain requirements, ensuring business logic is accurately built into systems.
Support change projects across Record-to-Report (R2R) and reporting processes.
Collaborate with SMEs to validate data and identify improvements.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
1015 years experience in a business analysis or finance role, ideally in insurance or financial services.
Accounting knowledge essential strong understanding of costs, hierarchies, and premium flows.
Experience with actuarial data, Alteryx, or similar data tools.
SQL skills a plus.
Experience in change or process improvement work.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
