Employee Engagement: Design and lead large-scale internal communication campaigns that go beyond newsletters—creating experiences that align our workforce with Aviva's mission.
Executive Voice: Partner with Aviva's Leadership team to refine their internal personas, public appearances, drafting leadership blogs, and strategic updates.
Crisis Management & Brand Resilience:

Stakeholder Management & Executive Presence:
CXO Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all matters of public perception. You will prep them for media interactions, high-stakes panels, and industry forums.
Corporate Presentations: Take ownership of crafting high-impact corporate presentations for the Board, investors, and key partners. You must be able to translate complex data into a compelling visual and verbal narrative that builds confidence in Aviva's growth trajectory.
Strategic Influence: Act as a diplomat within the organization, aligning disparate department goals with a unified brand voice.
Accountability & Impact (The PR Scorecard):
KPI Ownership: Move beyond vanity metrics to demonstrate real business impact. You will be responsible for defining and hitting rigorous KPIs, including: Share of Voice (SOV): Dominating the conversation compared to key competitors in the life insurance space.
Sentiment Analysis: Improving and maintaining a positive net sentiment across earned and social media.
Message Pull-through: Ensuring our Trust and Growth pillars are consistently reflected in top-tier media coverage, along with our core pillars of Health and Fitness.
Earned Media Value (EMV): Quantifying the PR impact in terms of equivalent marketing spend.
Crisis Mitigation Speed: Measuring the effectiveness and turnaround time of response during potential reputational threats.
The Ideal Profile
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Communications and PR. Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is preferred but not mandatory if you have managed respectable, high-growth corporate brands.
Crisis Veteran: You have been in the war room. You know how to navigate complex reputational challenges with a calm, strategic head.
Relationship-Driven: You have a reputation for integrity and deep-seated connections within the Indian media fraternity.
