Job Role
Supervise and lead end to end projects from Requirement document to implementation across multiple products.
Implement new Process development or improvements to ensure compliance is adhered and Business impact full/cost effective projects are delivered.
Lead the support service delivery to ensure business in BAU activities
Demonstrate customer centric and stake holder centric objectives
Supervise projects and project managers to ensure delivery timelines are achieved.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders - IT, Operations, policy for activities pertaining to projects
Devise evaluation strategies to monitor the performance and determine the need of process improvements
Build the team with functional and process oriented skills basis in-dept primary/secondary research, apply analysis techniques to add meaningful insights to the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Should be Graduate / Post graduate (Preferably - BE or MCA+ MBA) with experience of 6-8 years and above.
- Should have exp. in BFSI/Fintech industry.
- Exp in LOS/LMS/CRM will be an added advantage
- Expected to assist with business development activities and add value.
- Project management Fundamentals: Ability to effectively deliver and update Project plans on timely basis with senior management.
- Experience of handling external stakeholders for delivery
- Good at cross functional coordination
- Sound knowledge of Excel & PPT.
Excellent Communication Skills and presentation ability to keep management posted.
