Qualification:Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :
Essential : 10 to 15 yrs experience in the field of development of High precision machined parts and related process layouts on CNC Milling and Turning .
- At least 3 years experience in design and drawing of machined component s with proficiency in AUTO CAD and SOLID MODELLING.
- At least 5 years of proven hands on experience in CNC Programming for milling and turning and in shop management / supervision and sourcing for related tools, cutters and attachments
- At least 2 to 3 yrs experience in Business development in the field of Defence and Aerospace for High precision CNC machined components.
- At least 2 yrs. Experience in sourcing and purchase of the raw materials and services for the related processes/products.
Skill sets :
- Good communications and negotiation skills.
- Should be able to respond in time to the enquiries /tenders on line .
- Should have an aptitude to build teams in the related fields and lead them to better performance in a competitive and progressive environment.
Desirable:Proven experience in Business Development of Electromechanical , Electrooptic and Opto mechanical products for Defence and Aerospace leading the supporting teams to better performance apart from the above credentials.
Responsibilities:
- Finding leads in the Mechoptronics products through various means with focus on Defence and Aerospace.
- Communication with the customers .
- Product engineering involving related design and drawing
- Coordination with the design and manufacturing teams for the successful execution and dispatch.
- Follow up for approvals of the product and the related payments.
- Team building.
