Senior Manager - ACES & Strategic Initiatives
The Senior Manager ACE & Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for driving strategic excellence, digital platform optimization, analytical governance, and transformation initiatives across the ACES framework. The role requires strong cross-functional engagement, analytical rigor, and structured program management to ensure seamless execution of enterprise-wide improvement programs.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices from industry peers and internal AMLI channels. Drive implementation of minimum 3 high-impact strategic initiatives annually.
- Publish and maintain the Quarterly Benchmark/Sales Incentive Grid (IMOB), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner with Sales stakeholders for initiative rollout, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Anchor and drive SE Head + SEM governance cadence as per the approved calendar.
- Facilitate leadership review meetings, performance discussions, and escalations.
- Ensure 100% adherence to governance schedules across stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, meeting trackers, and follow-up dashboards.
- Own the governance and performance monitoring of the Vymo platform.
- Drive experience improvement by ensuring 15% reduction in complaints.
- Ensure 60% closure of critical change requests (CRs) within timelines.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Sales to improve platform adoption and efficiencies.
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives to optimize Vymo-related expenses.
- Deliver 100% MIS adherence as per the monthly/quarterly reporting calendar.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics for performance measurement, risk flagging & business insights.
- Run Start/Stop/Continue analysis and publish actionable recommendations.
- Monitor actionables with SE Heads and drive completion of improvement items.
- Support leadership with dashboards, trends, and predictive analytics.
- Lead gap assessment of current ACE framework and present findings to leadership.
- Drive refurbishment and modernization of existing frameworks.
