Senior Manager, Project and Workforce Management

A Brief Overview
As the Senior Manager of the Enablement Team, you will lead and empower the Project Management and Workforce Management teams to drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will oversee project delivery, resource planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires strong expertise in project management, workforce planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for managing high-impact projects, optimizing workforce schedules, and implementing best practices in service delivery. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead teams through change and transformation. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, people leadership, and operational rigor.
What You Will Do
- Lead and oversee Project Management and Workforce Management teams to deliver on strategic objectives
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and workforce optimization initiatives
- Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee workforce scheduling, workload distribution, and service delivery for global operations
- Define and monitor KPIs for project success, workforce efficiency, and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation and process improvements
- Design and implement onboarding, training, and mentorship programs for team development
- Responsible for performance management and team engagement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive year-over-year improvements in customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Guide and support team leads to develop skills and navigate challenges
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field required
- Master's Degree Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in project management or workforce management will be considered preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 12+ years Overall, 12+ years of experience, with 5+ years in project management, workforce management, or enablement roles required
- Typically 2+ years 2+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role, preferably in a global or shared services environment required
Skills And Abilities
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and workforce planning best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and other Office Suite tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences
- High ethical standards and commitment to data privacy and compliance
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Workforce Planning Professional preferred
- Indian Payroll & Compliance Certification
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI preferred
