The Senior Manager of Program Management & Consultancy will Manage a Portfolio of several key initiatives, managing governance, risk, financials and reporting and drives a consistent and effective approach to project and program management This role will work closely with D&A Operations leaders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of complex transformation programs.
The role will play a consultative role supporting the D&A Operations Leadership team in developing future investment cases. It will provide industry research on emerging technology and methods of working that will shape future Operations capabilities.
- Partners with Portfolio/Program/Project Managers to understand and manage risk within key portfolios and enforces LSEG Group standards for governance and risk management.
- Track the portfolio pipeline, providing accurate resource demand and supply data to drive resource optimization..
- Oversee the preparation of portfolio status reports, keeping management appraised of portfolio progress, major risks and issues and scope and resource changes.
- Lead the annual portfolio budget request process and regular financial reviews to track key financial portfolio metrics.
- Manage and creates visibility around the holistic portfolio health and reporting, tracking and reducing delivery risk at a program and portfolio level.
- Create and monitor a change roadmap for the portfolio and leads on the implementation of change management processes, policies and best practice.
- Oversee the induction and training of all new project managers within the portfolio and performs people leadership responsibilities if required.
- Provide consultative support through industry research into operations technology and methods of working.
- Support D&A Operations leaders by facilitating the investment case development and submission process.
