Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Product Development based in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will oversee R&D operations, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of development projects. Responsibilities include conducting research to develop new products and solutions, managing and leading cross-functional teams, vendor development, ensuring timely project execution, and implementing best practices in product development processes. Collaboration with clients, adherence to industry standards, and contributing to the company's strategic growth objectives are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in product development and conducting technical research for innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience in executing projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide cross-functional teams effectively
• Ability to foster innovation and implement best practices to meet organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Prior experience in a construction or engineering-focused product development role is preferred
