Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends to effectively position offerings to prospective clients
  • Create customized pitches and proposals for targeted clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, trends, and competitors
  • Produce engaging marketing content such as brochures, case studies, website copy, and sales presentations
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral including sales materials, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles
  • Support presales activities like solution design, product demos, and client presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with product management and development to align marketing messaging with product capabilities
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance with recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging tech, and marketing best practices to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven presales and marketing experience in IT/SaaS
  • International presales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and industry applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to match client needs with solutions
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional experiences
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools
  • Proficiency with content creation and marketing platforms (CRM, social media, email marketing)
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management ability
  • Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about technology and customers
  • Experience with RFQ, Bid Management, and Tendering processes is a plus
