Senior Manager – Powertrain Maintenance (FPIG)

Maintain common utility systems in the Powertrain shop, including bay lights, office lights, industrial fans, emergency lights, power panels, LDBs, and PDBs.

Manage transfer trolleys, pallets, and general tool repair (PNR, grinder, cutter, etc.).

Perform fabrication work as per shop requirements.

Implement Kaizen improvement initiatives and low-cost automation solutions.

Resolve safety issues and promote a safety-conscious work culture.

Sustain TPM points, implement TPM in machining, and oversee 5S compliance.

Shift machines/equipment and manage spare parts for common utility items.

Manage IDM store operations and interact with all support functions for concern resolution via cross-functional teams (CFT).

Develop a continuous improvement culture and ensure adherence to quality systems.

Liaise with contractual vendors for resolution of maintenance and utility-related issues.
