Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills, self-accountability, and the ability to independently design, drive, and close complex projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, partnering with senior leadership (Director level and above) to deliver strategic outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects from concept to execution in BI, Data, and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, BI developers, engineers, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, business cases, BRDs, project/work plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance materials.
  • Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure project outcomes, present progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proactively manage and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Build and execute effective stakeholder management and governance plans, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates to senior leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of proven experience managing Data, analytics, or AI-driven projects, preferably in transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end program management and delivering measurable business value.
  • PMP (preferred) or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to influence senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
