Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Lead predictive, routine maintenance,preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner &prioritization.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance tasks, and equipment inspections to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure adequate inventory of machine spare parts and develop an efficient system for procurement and storage to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective
actions for safety and regulatory adherence.
- Monitoring MTTR and MTBF for equipment, analyzing data, and implementing measures to improve performance.
INCUMBENT PROFILE:
- BE-Electrical with over 15 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, specializing in plant operations and machine maintenance. maintenance, safety, and facility management preferably in HVAC plant.
- Expertise in maintenance schedule planning, budget formulation, annual planning, troubleshooting, manpower planing and risk assessment analysis.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20LPA
