Job Description

Responsibilities

Execution Responsibilities (50%)

  • Serve as the single point of contact for AMESA Perfect Store processes.
  • Partner with Category Managers and Key Account Managers to contextualize deliverables based on market-specific needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of planograms through strong project management practices.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of PepsiCo's categories, products, and tools to enhance team outputs.
  • Ensure planograms meet all specified parameters such as assortment, flow, visual appeal, innovation, and shelving metrics.

People Leadership Responsibilities (50%)

  • Lead the AMESA DX POG team (Perfect Store + Catman), delivering comprehensive sales support across markets.
  • Implement planogram quality control and standardization practices.
  • Forecast team workload and manage prioritization to align with capacity and business needs.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to enhance team collaboration and communication.
  • Scale operations based on business growth and explore opportunities for expanding service scope.
  • Build an inclusive team environment and elevate the team's end-to-end execution capability.
  • Drive team performance through hiring, training, career development, and performance management.
  • Partner with global teams to align on strategy for full execution ownership and accountability.
