Experience: 12 years experience in drugs purchase in big corporate Hospitals group. Preferably who worked for Central buying units.
Qualification: D.Pharm/B.Pharm
o Purchase of high spend Drugs for Aster Group
o Preparation of RFQ and conduct negotiation exercise for Consolidated spend
o Coordinate with stake holders and get approval for new products
o Liaison with formulary committee & Purchase committees
o Periodic category spend analysis and publish report
o Vendor management
o Introduce new vendors & New products which is beneficial to company and patients
o Setting of goals, objectives & targets for the assigned area in consultation with Materials Manager.
o Coordinate with MFR & distributors for smooth flow of materials to hospitals
o Provide technical guidance to units
o Track & monitor the usage of CBU recommended brands & rates in units
o Rate contract Sign off & renewal
o Take initiatives to increase the compliance to CBU approved brands
o KPI - Coverage of spend - 80-90%, Cost reduction YoY, Up to 85% CBU compliance
