About The Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid digital acquisition efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep analytical expertise to drive high-quality leads and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google (Demand Gen & Display), LinkedIn, YouTube and other Biddable ad platforms
- Own performance measurement across channels and regularly report on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize media spends and campaign performance using data-driven insights and experimentation.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scalable acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing experiences.
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Set up, track, and optimize conversion points and user funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Stay ahead of emerging ad formats, platforms, and marketing technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption.
Requirements & Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google (Demand Gen & Perf. Max), Meta, LinkedIn
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance-driven marketing.
- Strong expertise in campaign optimization, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Zapier is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort working with large data sets.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Experience in landing page optimization and funnel optimization preferred.
