Overview
The Senior Manager will be responsible for directly handling and supervising a portfolio of PCG's clients, providing high-level strategic counsel to clients across verticals. The person will also be responsible for new business development, and managing a team.
KRAs
- Responsible for strategising and implementing integrated marketing communications programs, covering PR, Social Media and Visual Communications
- Supervise all accounts within their purview and ensure the required mandates are met effectively, with a high level of output and quality
- Keep abreast of current and evolving PR trends and tools to develop more effective strategies
- Developing and sharing required media intelligence
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople
- Being involved in prospecting and pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
- Managing and mentoring junior members of staff, leading the teams, and ensuring all processes are met
- Promoting a healthy company culture and ensuring all the processes are effectively followed
The Ideal Candidate Should
- Proven work experience of at least 5 - 7 years in a reputed public relations agency
- Basic knowledge of AI / LLM tools (further training will be provided by the Company).
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
- Have the ability to nurture talent while maintaining the company policies
- Be result-oriented while maintaining a high degree of integrity and upholding core company values
- Have good media intelligence and an understanding of new platforms of communications
- Have a passion for creativity, strategic thinking & innovation, and attention to detail
- Sound copywriting, general marketing proficiency
- Commercially aware and business savvy
- Good industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
- Outstanding organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
