Hiring: M&A / Financial Due Diligence Professional
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in Due Diligence and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our growing team.
Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Kolkata
Experience: 6-12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Analyze financial statements, EBITDA, and key performance indicators
- Support deal execution, valuation, and transaction advisory
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key deal drivers
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver insights-driven recommendations
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Alteryx
Key Requirements:
- Experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence
- Strong understanding of EBITDA, financial modeling, and analysis
- Exposure to buy-side / sell-side transactions
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- MBA in Finance (Full-time)
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
