Job Description

We are looking for a people analytics subject matter expert (SME) to drive the delivery of data - driven and actionable insights. The incumbent with his / her strategic story telling based capabilities, can help business make informed decisions across multiple areas; but not limited to attrition, LD, Diversity, Equity Inclusivity, mobility, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who understands the - bigger picture and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence.

Essential Job Elements:

  • Provide accurate data to help make business take informed decisions work with other teams to improve data accuracy within the system
  • Ensure that all data is stored and shared in a safe way, adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations
  • Be the POC for all PS Analytics within the business, producing data in an agile way that is tailored to the needs of each business stakeholder.
  • Using the relevant data to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes within the HR function e.g., benchmarking, organizational design, learning needs analysis, employee engagement, DEI, etc.
  • Presenting data/ to clearly articulate any findings, assumptions and suggestions that can be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder.
  • Establish relationships with senior leadership. Work with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful and tailored reporting that drives effectiveness by highlighting risks and trends, set against external benchmarking data.
  • Develop methods to track return on investment for people related costs so that the business can track where to invest its staffing costs and HR processes/initiatives.
  • Provide people-related context and information which can help to influence the future philosophy and strategy of the business.
  • Manage processes across the end-to-end HR analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing predictive models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs through PowerPoint presentations and/or DOMO / PowerBI dashboards, and communicating outcomes

Profile and Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience preferably within consulting and/or Business services industry with exposure in running HR / People Analytics Projects globally.
  • Knowledge of Trends and benchmarks for people analytics and industry best practices
  • Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, PowerPoint skills, negotiation and conflict management skills. Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Analytical acumen and the ability to streamline complex processes using analyses based on advanced analytics techniques and methodologies
  • Knowledge of tools and expertise: Visualization - DOMO / PowerBI / Tableau; Data warehouses, reporting tools, analytical tools, etc. with hands on experience.
  • Strong story telling capabilities of the data/dashboard that get curated or developed for leadership consumption.
  • Has a good experience of working on global projects and have delivered within timelines
  • Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills
  • Successful track record of improving performance against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness metrics
  • Experience with a matrix driven global organization.
  • Knowledge or hands on experience in setting up of HR analytics function is an added advantage
