About the role:
The Senior Manager, People & Culture, South Asia will act as Human Resources Business Partner and will be responsible for the strategic initiatives of the People & Culture Department tied to business expansion, growth, and the necessary cultural evolution to support both. The candidate must be supportive, proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial; creating memorable moments for our guests, fostering an empowered environment for the team whilst working closely with all key business partners in order to achieve quality results.
The job incumbent acts as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values. All work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.
Roles/Responsibilities:
HR Operations Excellence - Ensure the seamless functioning of hotel HR, upholding Radisson standards and delivering service excellence across all touchpoints.
Strategic Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with business leaders to understand needs operational HR needs , resolve challenges, and create a positive, responsive experience for all hotels
HR Insights, Analytics & Planning - Develop and track key HR metrics; translate data into actionable strategies to meet or exceed business goals.
Employee Life Cycle Management -Oversee the full employee journeyonboarding, development, performance, and offboardingensuring every stage reflects Radisson's culture and growth philosophy
Talent, Performance & Capability Development - Own the HR budget; support leaders in evaluating performance, building development pathways, and nurturing future talent pipelines
Relationship & Communication Excellence - Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and seamless delivery of HR initiatives
Resourcing, Compensation & Succession Planning - Review staffing needs, compensation structures, and succession plans; recommend people-focused solutions that strengthen organizational capability.
Compliance, Governance & Audit Readiness -Ensure full compliance by conducting regular audirs with employment laws, internal policies, and global HR standards; maintain documentation and follow-up for audits
Leads and manages key HR projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within defined timelines.
Drives strategic HR initiatives such as policy enhancements, system implementations, process improvements, and culture-building programs.
Providing recommendations to hotels, under your purview, that will enhance performance and provide added value to the individual and the company.

Job requirements and qualifications:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engg /Technology(preferred) & Master's in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum experience: 610 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment
