Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, high-ownership Partnerships Manager to own and grow enterprise partner accounts in the United States. This role is focused exclusively on post-closure partner success, expansion, and long-term revenue growth across strategic US-based resellers, aggregators, agencies, and technology platforms.
This position sits at the intersection of enterprise account management, partner success, and cross-functional execution, and is critical to driving NRR, expansion revenue, and strategic alignment within the US partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
US Enterprise Partner Account Management
Own a portfolio of US-based enterprise and strategic partner accounts as the primary point of contact post-onboarding
Drive revenue growth, usage expansion, and multi-location rollouts across partner networks
Build and execute quarterly and annual joint business plans with partners
Track and improve metrics including revenue, activation, credit utilization, churn, and NRR
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Spyne's product suite
Partner Enablement & Success
Lead partner enablement through sales playbooks, GTM alignment, training sessions, and success reviews
Ensure smooth onboarding and rollout in collaboration with onboarding, product, and delivery teams
Proactively manage account health, renewals, escalations, and enterprise SLAs
Act as a trusted advisor to senior partner leadership and decision-makers
Internal Collaboration & Ownership
Work closely with product and engineering teams on US-specific integrations and enterprise needs
Partner with marketing on US-focused partner campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
Provide structured partner feedback to influence pricing, packaging, and product prioritization
Mentor junior team members and define best practices for enterprise partner management
What We're Looking For
46 years of experience in B2B SaaS Partnerships, Enterprise Account Management, or Customer Success
Proven experience managing US-based enterprise or strategic partner accounts
Strong understanding of US SaaS buying cycles and procurement processes
Comfortable engaging with VP, Director, and C-level stakeholders
Strong operational rigor with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Prior exposure to the US automotive, marketplace, or platform ecosystem is a plus
