Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential

partners to expand personal loan distribution.

Revenue Growth Ownership: Drive month-on-month revenue growth by designing and

executing strategic partnership initiatives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners

to ensure long-term collaboration and business alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to

design go-to-market strategies and optimize product offerings.

Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse partner performance data, market trends, and customer

insights to recommend strategic initiatives.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior partnership managers, ensuring team

alignment and performance excellence.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting

opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.

The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.

Key Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, or

strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech sector.

Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms

(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).

Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer data to drive

strategic decisions.

Strong understanding of personal loans, lending ecosystems, and financial products.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
