We are looking for a Senior Manager - Partnerships who will own and scale business. You'll drive disbursal volumes by nurturing current Partners and acquiring new Partners.
Key Responsibilities -
- Business Ownership: Ownership of Partnership vertical revenue targets, AOP numbers and Business Growth.
- Opportunity Pipeline: Identify and evaluate new partnership categories for scaling up the vertical.
- Conversion Funnel Excellence: Improve approval rate (AR) and reduce drop-off rate (ABND) through journey optimization and data insights. Be the POC for internal sales team and partners to drive this channel. Deep-dive into funnel metrics lead-to-login, login-to-approval, approval-to-disbursal to identify leaks.
- Relationship Management: Manage CXOs and Product Heads across key partner accounts; ensure monthly reviews and scaling up.
- Integration Leadership: Drive API/SDK integrations with partner platforms; coordinate with Tech & Product to ensure smooth go-live.
Ideal Candidate Profile -
- 48 years experience in Fintech, Digital lending and aggregator partnerships operating at a large scale.
- Deep understanding of digital lending funnels, credit risk metrics, and API-based onboarding
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to translate data into actionable business plans
- Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, Penchant for Automation and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organisational groups with high stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be willing to work in a high-growth and fluid work environment
