Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- OTCR Framework, Business Analyst
In this role, the Senior Business Analyst is accountable for driving delivery and governance of large-scale transformation across the Operational Technology & Cyber Risk (OTCR) domain. The role focuses on translating business, risk and technology objectives into structured and analytical insights, execution roadmaps and measurable outcomes to support senior decision-making.


Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership
.Translate business and technology objectives into structured analytical roadmaps that include clear milestones, objectives, and designated ownership.
.Ensure the timely delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that encompass technology enablement, regulatory readiness, risk domain expertise, and change management, addressing risks across the first, second, and third lines of defense (1LoD - 3LoD).
.Drive accountability across multiple workstreams, effectively managing dependencies to ensure that outcomes and visions are realized.
2. Governance & Standards
.Own and support governance forums (Steering Committees, Working Groups, senior executive updates), including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, decisions, and action tracking.
.Provide high-quality reporting and dashboards that provide stakeholders clear visibility into risks and outcomes.
.Ensure compliance with Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and the Bank's governance frameworks.
.Maintain clear documentation for traceability of decisions, assumptions, and delivery artifacts.3. Financial & Vendor Management
.Support forecasting, cost analysis and value tracking for OTCR transformation programmes.
.Maintain transparency through data driven reporting using dashboards and analytical tools.
.Assist with performance tracking, dependency management where applicable.4. Risk, Issues & Dependencies
.Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers at the program level.
.Proactively identify and escalate analytical and data risks, providing evidence-based mitigation options and impact analysis.
.Ensure audit readiness and evidence traceability for all key decisions and deliverables.5. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
.Act as a trusted analytical and delivery partner to senior stakeholders across OTCR
.Build alignment across the first, second, and third lines of defense, ensuring consistent, explainable and well documented data insights.
.Manage expectations and communication across global stakeholders.6. Change Adoption & Capability Building
.Partner with business and technology teams to embed data driven insights into Usual (BAU) decision-making.
.Support continuous improvement by identifying process, reporting and execution inefficiencies.
.Mentor and guide PMO and delivery resources, strengthening overall program execution capability

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
.Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services, or risk domains
.Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for large-scale transformation programs
.Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams (business, technology, risk, and operations)
.Experience in governance support, including preparing steering committee materials, tracking actions, and maintaining documentation
.Hands-on experience managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
.Experience with data reporting and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools)
.Understanding of risk management frameworks, operational risk, or technology/cyber risk concepts
.Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
.Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery in a structured environment
