Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client moderation manuals before and during moderation activities.
  • Check all messages for inappropriate content and modify or delete messages violating guidelines.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Community Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of deleted messages and banned users as requested.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in the moderation database.
  • Collaborate with Community Manager(s) on rota changes, content issues, and legal concerns.
