Role: Sr. Manager - OD
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Organizational Development professional with strong facilitation and training experience for mid-management levels. The role involves designing, delivering, and driving behavioral and performance-focused learning interventions aligned with business objectives.
Primary responsibilities:
Customer related:
- Help improve and build the Organization Development culture and vision in the process
- Assist with the deployment of strategic plans around people development to support business
- Develop, implement and facilitate training programs (Behavioral, Leadership and Managerial) for target audience
- Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation and delivery of Learning Solutions
- Build solid cross-functional relationships
- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis
- Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions
People related:
- Provide direction in finding creative solutions for the training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods including coaching.
- Conduct training sessions and leadership sessions.
- Contribute and drive key organizational initiatives.
Process related:
- Develop/ Deploy evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness
- Identify skill and knowledge requirements for Processes through TNIs
- Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities through on the job processes
- Conduct Corporate Induction and work towards ongoing enhancements to improve employee experience

Knowledge:
- Good understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry.
- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles and techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment.
- Expertise in TNA processes.
- Knowledgeable in various Learning Best Practices within the industry.
- In-depth Knowledge of Leadership & Behavioral Concepts.
- Deep Instructional design knowledge to design, develop/ customize content.
- Excellent analytical skill and knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential.
- Practical knowledge of people management.
Skills & competencies
- Excellent facilitation (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
- Proven client relationship and consulting skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills leveraged to build relationships to accomplish organizational goals.
- Proven ability to use analytics to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content/materials.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing others
- A strong problem solver with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required).
- Capability of handling mature audience (Sr. Managers and above) from various functions and business situations.

Minimum education and experience required
- 3-5 years proven success as an internal/external trainer in behavioral/ managerial training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring and delivering talent development projects to fulfill business needs.
- Understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners. Need to have a proven track record of handling teams.
- Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Postgraduates preferred
- Shifts: 2 PM 11 PM
