Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Role Description

We're looking for a battle-tested lithium/battery sales professional who already sells to UPS OEMs and can open doors from Day 1.

What you must bring:

5+ years in battery / lithium / energy storage sales

Hands-on experience selling to UPS or power electronics OEMs

Strong Bangalore OEM network (non-negotiable)

Comfort with technical & commercial negotiations (LiFePO, BMS, specs, pricing)

What you'll do:

Crack UPS OEM accounts and convert trial bulk rate contracts

Work directly with OEM R&D and decision makers

Own revenue, margins, and long-term supply deals

Who should NOT apply:

Dealer/channel sales profiles

Freshers / generic sales managers

People who need 6 months to build contacts

Location : Bengaluru

Salary Range: 12 L- 15 L per annum
