Develop and Implement Strategy for procurement of various aforementioned categories and ensure alignment with industry standards
Regularly assess the commercial terms and improve on them

Lead negotiations to achieve desired results with partners globally

Work Experience
15 years of advancing purchase and procurement expertise with at least 10 + years of experience in managing Non IT Category Procurement. Demonstrated capability to create and execute innovative strategies for global procurement.
Proven history of cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and delivering creative solutions in procurement
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities along with robust change management skills
Receptive to feedback and a drive to enhance individual performance
Experience in process and project management is advantageous.
