About Innovation And Technology Center (ITC)
Our Innovation and Technology Centre specialize in creating modular solutions to meet clients specific needs. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement digital products, platforms, and tools specifically designed for research, analytics, and data management domains. We are at the forefront of technological advancements, and our AI efforts rely on our larger platform called AI for Research and Analytics (AIRA).
What You Will Be Doing At Evalueserve
- Work with the product development team and conduct third-party integrations for at least 12 products of mid to large size (preferably SAAS
- Work closely with product management teams on product capabilities, business problems, and workflows / processes
- Manage and provide technology-related guidance to the product team Drive planning processes and prioritize strategic and tactical work items
- Understanding of Cloud Based Application deployment, especially in the Microsoft Azure space
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM and Agile Framework
- Strong hands-on experience in application deployment architecture and execution
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling RFP/RFI etc
- Strong Understanding of the technical documentation and delivery processes
- Provide managerial and tech leadership to professional services engagement
- Understand and validate business requirements from the technical standpoint
- Foster open communication across teams and with businesses / clients
- Assess plans and resource allocations to support product development and initiatives
- Delegate projects to the team members
- Coach / mentor team to deliver high-quality solutions
- Deliver projects with quality on time and within budgets
- Use problem-solving skills to provide insights to resolve issues and escalations
What We're Looking For Evalueserve
- A bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, business, or engineering with over 14 years of experience as Engineering Manager/ Senior Engineering Manager
- Understanding of full lifecycle product development and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience in data management, programming, systems analysis, and technology architectures
- Experience in front-end frameworks, such as Angular 2+ and higher / Bootstrap, and back-end frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, and SOAP / REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservice architectures and MS Azure.
- Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
- Experience in conducting daily standup, planning, monitoring, and control
- Ability to risks / issues planning, identification, and resolution.
- Experience in project governance and status reviews
- Strong written and oral communication skills
