Job Description

  • Lead mechanical design strategy for data centres, covering HVAC, chilled water/air systems, advanced cooling (DCLC, immersion), and performance metrics like PUE and T.
  • Manage CSA-MEP coordination, design reviews, and vendor/RFP processes including specs, BoQs, evaluations, and compliance.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing to validate redundancy and efficiency.
  • Ensure code compliance, maintain risk registers, and coordinate with contractors, OEMs, consultants, and IT teams for smooth project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10-15+ years of experience in data centre design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Proven delivery experience across 100+ MW of IT load, preferably in Tier1 cities.
  • Strong handson expertise in advanced cooling technologies, including liquid cooling (DCLC/immersion).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve low PUE performance (1.1-1.4) at scale.
  • Professional certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or higher are preferred.
