- Should have a CMO/CDMO background
- Experience in nutraceutical industry
Job Objective:
In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for Vantage Nutrition. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, establishing our brand presence globally, and driving demand for our nutraceutical manufacturing solutions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for a visionary marketing leader looking to drive significant growth in a global market.
Primary responsibilities:
Marketing strategy and execution
- Leveraging your extensive global marketing experience, create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Build marketing plans across various channels (digital, content, events, etc.).
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Brand visibility
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to strengthen brand awareness.
- Lead the development of high-quality content that educates and engages our audience.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and industry influencers to amplify the company's reach.
Performance marketing
- Allocate marketing budget effectively and track ROI. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
- Analyse marketing performance data to identify trends, optimise activities, and demonstrate marketing impact. Collaboration and cross-functional leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts and customer engagement initiatives with business goals. Industry trends and best practices
- Stay abreast of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Lead market research efforts to identify target customer segments, understand buyer personas, and uncover new opportunities across global markets.

- Evaluate and select relevant industry events that align with the brand's marketing strategy.
