- Support the development of long-term strategic roadmap (35 years) and annual operating strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities for the organization
Business Transformation
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Identify cost optimization and operational improvement opportunities
- Track progress of key transformation projects across business units
Business Expansion
- Evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion, and diversification strategies
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business case evaluations for strategic initiatives
Mergers & Acquisitions / Partnerships
- Support evaluation of strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships
- Perform financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and integration planning
Digital & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation
- Support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project monitoring
Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare strategy presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and business heads
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement
