Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned B2B Product Marketing professional to drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our healthcare solutions aligned to the US market. This role partners closely with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to translate complex capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine clear, differentiated, and value-based positioning for products and product portfolios
- Translate complex product capabilities into client-ready messaging focused on outcomes, cost efficiency, and operational impact
- Ensure consistency across product families while tailoring messaging for distinct buyer personas
Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of product launches and enhancements
- Own launch timelines, asset readiness, and internal stakeholder alignment
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure successful market entry
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets (one-pagers, decks, FAQs, executive presentations)
- Support standardized RFPs, proposals, and client-facing collateral
- Enable sales teams with strong, insight-led narratives to improve win rates
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted product marketing advisor to US and global stakeholders
- Translate complex or ambiguous inputs into structured, actionable deliverables
- Collaborate effectively across matrixed, cross-regional teams
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all content adheres to healthcare regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
- Align with company policies, procedures, and evolving business directives
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory: Strong experience in B2B Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in B2B product marketing, solution marketing, PR, or enterprise marketing
- 5+ years of project/program management experience within a matrix organization
- Experience supporting US-based or global enterprise businesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, PBM, or other regulated industries
- Ability to navigate compliance-heavy environments with rigor and accountability
