Role Purpose :
The core purpose of the Senior Marketing Manager is to build a B2B lead-generation system that brings in a steady flow of business leads using content, ads, and marketing funnels.
Create and manage a strong marketing setup (team, tools, and vendor partners) that turns audience understanding into more leads, engagement, and sales.
Location : This is a full-time Work From Office position at Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra (If you are currently not located in Pune, then please do not apply)
Prior Experience Required :
5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, content, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience building and scaling funnels across LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and Paid Ads, preferably in IT services, coaching, or consulting businesses.
Educational Experience Expected :
Graduate in any field from a recognized university.
An MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing automation (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are mandatory.
Additional training in AI-driven marketing, content strategy, or conversion optimization will be a key deciding factor.
